Is there any Virus which can infect to the Mitochondria?

As we know the Mitochondria is having symbiotic relation ship with the eukaryotic cell, but as these are beleived as primitive bacteria. So as there is a virus for bacteria, then why not for a Mitochondria?...

It is quite possible ,But the virus has to breach many barriers-cell mambrane,Mitochondrial membranes...may be...Will search for that.

If there is a virus for mitochondria, its a breakthrough in gene therapy.we can insert the desired gene directly in to the mitochondrial genome by designed vector, not disturbing the nuclear genome.
